Returns and Refund Policy

At StyleVesti.fit, we honor fairness, clarity, and intention.
Every item is created with care, but we understand that sometimes returns are needed.

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return or refund within 17 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify:

• Item must be unused

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original packaging

Returns requested outside this condition may be refused.

3. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene/safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Worn apparel

• Customized items

• Clearance items

• Digital downloads

4. Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect item

• A manufacturing defect

We will replace it at no extra cost.
Proof (photos/videos) may be required.

5. Return Shipping

• Within Canada: Free return shipping

• International Buyers: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back through your original payment method (PayPal or card).
Please allow 3–7 business days after approval.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed depending on stock availability.
If unavailable, refund or store credit may be provided.

8. Order Not Received

If your package is delayed or lost:

• We will help file a carrier investigation

• Replacement or refund is issued based on results
